Thinking positively can bring good vibes. So, it's really important to sprinkle some positive shimmers whenever you can! Get out in nature, take five minutes a day to do some deep breathing, if you are stuck at your desk, stand up and have a good stretch. My favourite one - cuddle your pet… I have two cats - Georgi and Lulu. They are sisters and we rescued them about 6 years ago. They are lovely little beings and are a huge part of our family. Lulu loves shoving her face in the singing bowls when I am playing them... they also take Georgi's mind off her next meal which is always a good thing... here are the facts:

Lulu:

Likes - eating tuna directly from the can, its her dirty little secret - don’t tell anyone

Dislikes - the wind and 'Big Cat' up the lane (that’s what she calls him)

Georgi

Likes - eating anything – she likes to keep her winter weight all year round (excuses)

Dislikes - loud noises – although she loves the gongs!

It's easy to get caught up in worrying about what's ahead or replaying uncomfortable past events in our heads throughout the day. Dwelling on negativity can bring about not-so-great effects like extra stress, higher blood pressure, sleep troubles, and a weakened immune system. Sometimes these thoughts can really take you over - but we are all in control of our thoughts and how we feel. So take a step back and decide if this is a feeling you want to keep in your life.
